Birthed in Australia by a very young girl tackling her own life’s tasks, I have been fortunate enough to see & learn of the world through some pretty unique landscapes. My motivation in life is driven by the constant exposure of seeing people I love suffering with no apparent help in sight. Then in my early teenage years my grandmother, a strong woman & professional chef put me on a path whereby I could navigate to present day getting stronger, clearer and more connected each day. I have been in kitchens for over 25 years observing our posture to food & consumption and I think we can do better.
I have taken the opportunity from age 17 to spend my life studying those modalities that have real efficacy & clarity, what I have learnt from this path so far & assisting over 10,000 clients in healing & serving even more at The Seeds of Life is that the seat of all suffering is a lack of connection. Connection to who we are, where we have come from, our mother earth & consequently the universe at large. All suffering no matter what it is, stems from the illusion that we are disconnected. That we can do all of this on our own. And the real truth is, if we were disconnected – we wouldn’t exist…

He is connecting to grounding deeply into his being, staring into the sun as he surfs the waves acknowledging the force of the creative principal and giving thanks for this fortuitous experience. Sol reminds us that all life comes from the Sun, and perhaps an even more mysterious place, tho at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is that we live life fuller when have love in our hearts, the sun in our eyes and connected to one and other from that place.
RAW FOOD CHEF CERTIFICATION TRAINING
The Seeds of Life, for over 9 years has offered Professional Raw Food chef certifications, training 1000’s of various people who have then gone on to be professional raw food chefs, making foods for the weekend markets, returning to their jobs in cafes or restaurants, super yachts, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, couples and people wanting to get creative in the kitchen and of course more connected. We run 2 week trainings and daily workshops here in Bali and in countries from India to Costa Rica. Raw Food is not just food. It represents our return to the natural way, returning to our mother and connecting deeply to who we are as integrated beings on this planet. It helps us to wake up & remember our assignments here as custodians of this wonderful planet we live and breath on and raise our children on.

Working with all of fresh organic produces grown on the side of an active volcano, picked and delivered every morning to our cafe has been inspiring our imagination and taste buds to explore and create unique tastes by combining the influences of food cultures around the world all on one plate.
